We are pleased to introduce you to our team of Real Estate Support Professionals.  The hardworking individuals dedicated to the success and growth of your real estate business. 


Amanda Churchwell founded The Churchwell Group in 2012 to assist Realtors with transaction coordination; adding a listing coordination division in 2014 and marketing services in 2017. With many years of experience as a Realtor herself, she knows the intricate details involved in a Real Estate transaction. Her extensive background in customer service and sales drive her passion for connecting with other professionals and building a strong rapport quickly. Her experience includes not only selling real estate, but also broker compliance, training new agents and assisting with brokerage office management.  

Amanda created the company out of the desire to work from home to improve the quality of life for her family, and she quickly realized that she could share this same opportunity with other talented professionals – and this is what gets her up every day!   This drive is what earned her company the Entreleadership Momentum Award in 2019.  

Amanda’s personal mission is to improve the quality of life for everyone her business touches and to provide opportunity for growth and personal development for as many people as possible.  Actively involved in her community, Amanda also currently serves on the Board of Directors for NARESP, National Association of Real Estate Support Professionals.  At home, you will find Amanda along with her two daughters, son, and amazing husband having a dance party in their living room or snuggled up on the couch watching a movie.  

Karen Patterson, Director of Talent Acquisition

Working in the industry for 40+ years, first in the field of accounting and then in real estate office management, Karen learned excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate websites and software and learn new programs and sites with ease. Karen has exceptional organization skills, time management, and communication skills, which are crucial in business. 

Karen has a wonderful husband, son and a daughter, both business owners, and 6 beautiful grandchildren. From dance to gymnastics to plays, they keep her entertained and she loves every minute of it. In her ‘spare’ time, Karen enjoys photographing these beauties as well as other family members, and also gorgeous landscapes and sunsets along with scrapbooking events. Her family’s annual vacation at the beach is the highlight of her year.

Megan Waelde, Director of Operations

With a banking management background of 12 years, Megan brings her love of direct customer service plus her enthusiasm for numbers to the dynamic, ever changing role of Director of Operations. Prior to The Churchwell Group, she served as the Accounting Manager for a property management company where she learned the ins and outs of the real estate world. She joined The Churchwell Group as a Listings and Marketing Coordinator. Her experiences helped her bring her new role to life in the organization.

Megan believes in customer service first. She’s always striving to better help her clients reach the next level in their business. She stays on top of news and trends to make sure the products and services are beneficial and up to date. She thrives on efficiency and is a true advocate of personal development and is always looking for ways to grow herself and the business.

Megan lives in East Cobb with her husband, two young boys, dog, cat and hamster. In her free time…wait, what free time?! On weekends, you’ll find her on all the sports fields, hiking, camping, or visiting local festivals. She is an active member of her church and looks for any excuse to visit her favorite vacation spot, the sandy white sugar beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Her daily routine always consists of gratitude, goal setting, and some form of exercise, might it be running, high-intensity interval training or weight training.

Trish Hanke, Director of Marketing

Growing up in the real estate world, Trish spent her youth helping out at her parents’ real estate company in the Branson, MO. This was where she found her passion for marketing.  Trish’s professional background includes seven years producing national golf talk radio shows for SiriusXM Satellite Radio, as well as leading a full-service marketing firm as Director of Marketing. 

In 2011, Hanke launched ish Marketing, a small-ish marketing company that works hand in hand with clients to grow their business – building brand awareness and increase sales. Her areas of focus include brand development, marketing strategy and graphic design, with a special passion for helping real estate agents spend their marketing dollars wisely! She is active in the community and enjoys spending quality time around the dining table playing board games with her husband and their two adorable and spirited kiddos.

Lydia Waters, Transaction Coordinator

Lydia’s ability to multi-task and stay organized and her desire to always improve help drive her role as Transaction Coordinator. She loves helping people, working with people, and also likes working behind the scenes…so being a transaction coordinator is a perfect fit for her! Lydia stays busy with her 2 beautiful, crazy, and funny kids. Family is very important to her and she decided when she had her second child that she would stay home with them instead of returning to her position as a teacher in a very high-risk school where she worked for 5 years. She enjoys UGA football, going to her son’s soccer games and watching her daughter cheer.

Beth Neal, Transaction Coordinator

As Closing Coordinator, Beth helps our clients from the time a listing is under contract to closing day. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help keep the closing process easy for all parties involved.  Prior to joining The Churchwell Group in the Summer of 2014, Beth was a Pharmaceutical Vaccine Specialist with Merck & Co. Inc.  Beth enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and attending her children’s various activities. Beth and her husband, Ryan, have two children, Harrison and Harper Mae.

Brandy Robbins, Transaction Coordinator

After graduating from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Criminal Justice, Brandy started working for Cobb County Juvenile Court. She went on to help develop the Juvenile Drug Court Program in Cobb County and was one of the three original drug court probation officers. She later contracted with the Department of Family and Children Services and worked with children in foster care, their biological parents and their foster families. After a break from that, she started working for The Churchwell Group. Being a transaction coordinator is perfect for because she loves organization, timelines and the communication with the agents and their clients. Brandy loves being a mom to 4 and making memories with her children. When she’s not working, she spends most of her time at the ballpark and traveling around GA and surrounding states to her son’s baseball tournaments. She also enjoys spa days, traveling, shopping and spending time with friends.

Sandy Gramling, Transaction Coordinator

Sandy loves to help others behind the scenes, which is one of the many reasons she is an excellent transaction coordinator. She and her husband, Scott, live with their 3 wonderful children. With a passion for helping others, she serves in many capacities at her church and loves helping her best friend with her catering business whenever she can. In her free time, Sandy enjoys sweating it out at the gym, getting lost in a good run and all things crafty.

Jennifer Natonio , Listing and Marketing Coordinator

From the beautiful white sandy beaches of Destin, FL, Jennifer lives and works remotely. She spent 15 years, prior to her move to Destin, in the heart of Brookhaven GA. There, she and her husband raised two children. Now she is the proud parent of a daughter, who competitively dances, and a son, who plays travel soccer. Before coming to work with The Churchwell Group, Jennifer graduated from the University of Central FL with her teaching degree and taught elementary school before opening an in-home daycare for ten years. She loves helping agents with the details of getting their clients home listed and marketed.

Nancy Tate, Transaction Coordinator  

Coming from a background of government employment, as well as starting, owning and operating a small business for over 15 years, Nancy loves her work with The Churchwell Group. Her communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as her attention to detail are very beneficial in her position in the organization. As a transaction coordinator, she strives to help realtors grow their own business. She and her husband are recent empty nesters and are active in their church. Nancy also serves as an officer on the Homeowners Association Board for her neighborhood. She is the mother of three wonderful adult children and grandmother to one. Her greatest joys are the moments spent with family.

Marie Johns, Transaction Coordinator

Marie became a part of The Churchwell Group team in 2017.  She believes her expert talent lies in the work she does behind the scenes to make sure each transaction is a great experience for all involved. Outside of work, Marie is a full-time mom to two young daughters that keep her busy with gymnastics and school activities. Marie takes pride in delivering her very best and has a great sense of accomplishment in her work, both as a mom and Transaction Coordinator!

Brandi Williams, Transaction Coordinator

Brandi loves her role as a transaction coordinator and has a great passion for helping her agents excel in their businesses. Prior to joining The Churchwell Group, Brandi worked as the Team Lead of the Operations Department for a large IBM distributor for 10 years. Her background in the tech world has given her experience with customer service, problem-solving, computer skills, and has helped her become a master at multi-tasking and organization. Brandi is married to her husband Gabe and together they have 2 children, Troy and Lana. Her little energetic ones keep her busy and on her toes at all times! Brandi and her family love being outdoors and enjoy everything from simple backyard fun, to camping in the mountains, to relaxing on the beach and everything in between! Brandi loves to travel, see live music, and read when she finds the time.   

Melinda Coker, Transaction Coordinator

Melinda helps her clients get from contract to close efficiently and with ease. Her background in compliance, attention to detail, and organizational skills are tremendous assets for her clients. She enjoys helping others and finds pride in contributing to her client’s success. Melinda is married and has two young girls who are the reason she decided to work from home for The Churchwell Group. Melinda enjoys spending free time with family and friends, cheering on the GA bulldogs, being creative, and making memories at their favorite place, the beach.

Ana Rodriguez, Transaction Coordinator

Ana Rodriguez coordinates closings in Georgia, Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. She is a New York native who thrives in a fast-paced environment, which makes being a transaction coordinator the perfect job for her! Her love for Real Estate began after purchasing her own home in Johns Creek. Ana realized how important the home buying & selling process is and wanted to help make it as seamless as possible for others. Ana holds a degree in Education (which she attributes her immense patience and poised demeanor to) as well as a degree in Business Management. When Ana is not working, she and her husband Jorge keep busy with their children, Christopher and Ariana. Ana is involved in the PTA at her children’s school and loves to stay active with her family!

Mary Katherine Adams, Transaction Coordinator

As a Transaction Coordinator, Mary Katherine is eager to help her clients succeed by listening to their needs, following through with close attention to detail, and delivering complete accuracy by the deadline. She comes to The Churchwell Group with nearly 20 years of experience in business operations across several industries. After having earned a degree from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, she worked in Real Estate Financing, Heavy Civil Construction, and Not-for-Profit Business Development. Her expertise in administration and her desire to work with a company sharing her values, led her to join The Churchwell Group. When not working, Mary Katherine enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, running, reading, and cooking. She stays involved in her church and community by volunteering often and believes the way to live her best life is by serving others. 

Christa Rudder, Transaction Coordinator

Raised in Katy, TX, Christa graduated from Texas A&M University and embarked on a 13 year career with the federal government specializing as an Intelligence Analyst. In 2018 she became a licensed Realtor® in Texas when her husband’s career took them on an adventure relocating them to Alaska. Christa is now dual licensed in AK and TX. Between her career and her husband’s they have moved a combined six times and have experience in just about every type of home sale. Christa enjoys the real estate industry and being a transaction coordinator. She loves the flexibility it gives allowing her to take care of her family while helping agents and their business grow. She has a passion for research, is detailed oriented and fully commits to her clients making them a priority. In her spare time, Christa and her family enjoy taking advantage of the wonders of Alaska through camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing and exploring.

Emily Miller, Transaction Coordinator

Emily has over a dozen years of experience in customer service and graphic design for several retail and real estate brands. Her heart for people and organization is what makes her a valuable asset to any team. When she had her first baby in 2019, she knew that she wanted to work remotely to be able to watch him grow, which led her to the Churchwell Group. When she is not serving her client’s needs, you can find her spending time with her husband, son, and pup, hand making items for her Etsy store, planning her next traveling adventure, and hosting people in her home. 

Anna Black, Transaction Coordinator

Anna lives and works in PA with her amazing husband and 3 crazy kids. She has 2 growing boys and 1 silly girl. When Anna isn’t working or running around with the kids, she enjoys relaxing with her family and friends. Anna and her family love to travel and explore new places. One of their favorite places to visit is the warm beaches in OBX, North Carolina. Anna began her Real Estate career helping people buy and sell homes. She quickly realized she enjoys the back end of the business more. This led her to a career as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Transaction Coordinator, Anna strives to make sure every transaction runs smoothly and seamlessly!

Denise Salvi, Client Relationship Specialist

Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Roanoke, VA, Denise likes to stay busy! She and her high school sweetheart have twins and an older son that plays college football at Hampden-Sydney College! Together, the 5 of them lead a very active lifestyle that usually involves a sporting field of some sort, a workout, or a traveling adventure. If you find Denise with free time, she will probably have a book in her hand as well. With a love for health and fitness, Denise has stayed busy the last 8 years as a health and wellness coach and running her own small business. With a heart for people, organization, leadership, real estate, and working from home, the Churchwell Group seemed like a great next step! She loves using her organizational skills and putting her detail-oriented mind to work for her clients, ensuring that no small detail gets lost in the shuffle. Communicating with her clients is the highlight of her day!

Jennifer Meitz, Listing Coordinator

Jennifer genuinely enjoys her role as a listing coordinator with The Churchwell Group. Prior to joining this dynamic company, she worked as a medical office and billing manager for 15 years. This role taught her many skills such as time management, organization, prioritizing and technical proficiency. After leaving this role, she attained her real estate license in 2016. Jennifer now brings all of her real estate knowledge to her role as a listing coordinator. She understands the importance of taking these tasks off the plates of her agents so they can be more productive.

Jennifer and her husband Jon live in Georgia with their children. They spend a great deal of time together going to their son’s high school football and basketball games, attending music events, seeing movies and visiting with family members. Being an active mother, she’s grateful for the The Churchwell Group’s virtual platform. It allows her to remain active in the day to day activities of her family, while serving the needs of The Churchwell Group’s clients at a high level.
